If the map location fails, do the following step by step to adjust.
The maps are located on the following tabs of the Administrative Portal:
- Real time;
- Historic;
- History No location.
Follow the steps to troubleshoot:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- In the upper right corner, click More Settings.
- At the bottom of the page, click Advanced.
- Under "Privacy and Security," click Content Settings.
- Click Local.
- Enable or disable Prompt before login
