Problems with Map Location in the Administrative Portal

If the map location fails, do the following step by step to adjust.

The maps are located on the following tabs of the Administrative Portal:

• Real time;
• Historic;
• History No location.

Follow the steps to troubleshoot:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. In the upper right corner, click More Settings.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Advanced.
4. Under "Privacy and Security," click Content Settings.
5. Click Local.
6. Enable or disable Prompt before login
